The FinePointer device is a smart-sensor-enabled dissection needle with an ultra-thin diameter of 1.5mm. It was developed specifically to navigate the delicate anatomy of the ear and lateral skull base during endoscopic surgery. Using the “shift” function, the registration process can be adjusted at any time during surgery to navigate through a patient’s unique anatomy. Allowing for the highest level of precision, this instrument enables ENT surgeons to perform routine and complex ear surgeries that offer patients better results, less pain and a more rapid recovery.
